JON'S mission

With lived experiences of ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia (and an understanding of other conditions), Jon Hart is committed to advocating for neurodivergent individuals within the music industry. His mission is to create a space where all neurodivergent (ND) musicians feel safe, supported, and understood. By raising awareness, providing resources, and fostering a culture of acceptance, Jon aims to break down stigma and encourage a more inclusive industry.

Jon's mission also focuses on empowering neurodivergent musicians to embrace their unique perspectives and use their experiences as a source of inspiration and creativity. Through education, advocacy, and community building, Jon seeks to ensure that ND musicians have equal opportunities and can thrive in their careers, transforming their challenges into strengths and their stories into powerful, expressive music.

THE movement

The neurodivergent community within the music industry is growing every day, and Jon is at the forefront of this evolution. By sharing his journey through contributions to the Musicians Union and PRS Fund, Jon has moved from the initial shock of late diagnoses to the phases of learning and advocacy. This movement is about creating tangible change and fostering a supportive community where ND musicians can connect, share their stories, and collaborate creatively.

Jon envisions a space where ND musicians can process their experiences through their art, finding both personal healing and a powerful means of expression. His upcoming album, 'Neurodivergent', exemplifies how personal stories can resonate deeply and foster understanding, encouraging ND musicians to harness their unique perspectives and use them to inspire and connect with others.
